CANCELLATIONS
-Please allow at least 24 hours notice for cancellations/rescheduling.
-Less than 24 hour notice will Result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of reserved service amount.
-"NO SHOWS" WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT. NON-TRANSFERABLE.

RESCHEDULING
-Rescheduling is done online up to 24 hours before your original appointment time. 
- More than 2 reschedules will subject you to deposit before next appointment can be be booked. 
-If you are charged after cancelling original appointment and want to reschedule you are allowed 1 reschedule where fee is transferable. The rescheduled appointment must be within one month of original appointment or unless otherwise approved by your Esthetician

LATE ARRIVALS
Please contact us if you know that you are going to be late. Please note: if you are more than 10 minutes late service may not be completed. If so we will need to reschedule your appointment and it will be considered a late-cancel and subjected to charges.

DEPOSITS 
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
You are allowed to reschedule two times with at least 24 hours notice and deposit will not be forfeited. After 2nd reschedule deposit will be forfeited. **Does not apply if you are required to pay deposit after two previous reschedules.**

CHILDREN
Please be mindful this is not an ideal place for children, and due to safety hazards children under 12 are not allowed.
